Terms of Service – ChronoAI

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChronoAI's platform and services, provided by ChronoAI Technologies Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using ChronoAI, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Subscription & Billing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as per your selected plan. Payments are processed via secure Indian payment gateways (Razorpay / PayU).

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; you retain access until period end
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase
GST invoices are provided automatically for all transactions

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI engine, or use the service to monitor employees in violation of applicable India labour laws. Time tracking must be disclosed to employees under the Industrial Employment Act, 1946.

4. Data Ownership

You own your data. ChronoAI acts as a data processor on your behalf. We will not share, sell, or use your data for any purpose beyond providing the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

ChronoAI's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
